Shipping and Shop Guidelines

By buying from Rita Works Art you agree that you acknowledge and agree to our shipping and shop guidelines. Please read.
SHIPPING
  • The time I need to prepare an order for shipping can vary but overall it will be 3-5 business days to process.
  • For international purchases, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • If your order is delayed, please be patient. The USPS (whom I use exclusively) can be backed up depending on the time of year and sometimes it just takes a bit more time. If your order is significantly delayed I will do my best to locate it either through USPS resources or through other means.
  • Rita Works Art is not responsible for items sent to a wrong address. If you catch it early enough before processing has begun I can most likely change it. If it gets sent to a wrong address and gets returned to me then you will have to pay for shipping to have it sent to the correct address.
  • We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail. 
  • We package orders in quality materials to ensure it gets to you safely. Unfortunately, sometimes that isn't enough. If an order is damaged by the USPS, we are not responsible for replacing it or resending it. 
  • We will not refund or resend an order that shows it has been delivered. Please speak to your local mail person for a possible solution if you haven't received it.
RETURNS
  • If for some reason you'd like to return your order please contact me within 30 days from the date of purchase. 
ADDITIONAL INFO
  • Remember, I'm a one woman show with a full time job. So please keep that in mind if I'm taking a bit longer to get back to you or if your order hasn't processed yet. 
  • Print colors may vary slightly than what is being presented on screen as settings on different screens can vary greatly.
  • Advertised Retail Sales are not valid for wholesale customers.
